 Have to Provide Support to Kheda, Ahmedabad, Dharwad users with on call and remote facility. Have to troubleshoot windows software as well as hardware for the issue resolution. Have to install windows OS. Have to Configure outlook application on user’s system and other applications. Diagnose the issue using BIOS and Diagnostic tool on PXE Menu. Have to manage vendor follow ups as well as have to lodge the call for any H/W Issue. Manage network switch and network instrument.

Work Experience :

Should have experience in above all activities for around 2 to 5 years. Educational Qualification Technical degree in IT or Professional course of Hardware & Networking. Years of experience: 2 to 5 years
