1. Housekeeping & Office Maintenance

  • Clean the office premises daily (dusting, mopping, cleaning restrooms, etc.).
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

2. Hospitality & Support

  • Serve water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
  • Assist in preparing and setting up meeting rooms for appointments and presentations.

3. Administrative & Clerical Assistance

  • Dispatch and collect office correspondence/documents.
  • Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
  • Deliver and receive mail/packages/couriers and maintain proper logs.
  • Help in organizing files and documents in physical and digital form.

4. Errands & Office Assistance

  • Bank-related errands (cheque deposits, collections, etc.).
  • Purchase of office supplies from local vendors when required.
  • Assist different departments with basic support activities.

5. Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Provide additional support to team members during peak workload.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.).
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
  • Good hygiene and polite attitude.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Saturday
  • Working hours: 9 to 12

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
