Job Description


Deal Execution : Associates are often heavily involved in deal execution, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and drafting presentation materials such as pitch decks and offering memorandums.
Client Interaction : Associates may interact directly with clients, assisting in client meetings, calls, and presentations. They help address client inquiries, provide updates on deal progress, and maintain positive client relationships.
Market Research and Analysis : Associates conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, evaluate industry trends, and assess the competitive landscape. This research informs strategic decision-making for both clients and the investment bank.
Transaction Support : Associates support senior bankers in various aspects of transactions, including structuring deals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Financial Analysis : Associates perform detailed financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and scenario analysis. This analysis is crucial for assessing the financial health of clients, conducting valuation assessments, and evaluating potential transaction outcomes.
Due Diligence Management : Associates play a key role in managing due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information, and ensuring timely completion of due diligence tasks.
