We're Hiring: Director of Marketing

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies. You will play a key role in shaping our voice, driving growth, and building a high-performing marketing team to expand our reach and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, product, and field marketing
  • Lead demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Oversee content, campaigns, events, and PR to position the company as an industry leader
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional growth
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics to drive ROI
  • Manage budgets effectively and maximize marketing impact

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in building and scaling B2B marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and reporting tools

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing, communications, or business
  • Experience in (insert industry: SaaS, data analytics, fintech, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Background in global or multi-regional marketing campaigns
