We provide end-to-end business solutions to developers and are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to lead our digital campaigns, optimize lead generation, and drive maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, PPC, Display Ads, and Email Marketing .
Drive high-quality lead generation across digital marketing channels.
Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting.
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
Design and optimize high-converting landing pages to improve lead capture.
Run A/B tests to enhance page performance and maximize conversions.
Campaign Optimization & Retargeting
Continuously analyze and fine-tune campaigns for performance improvement.
Implement retargeting strategies to nurture and convert leads.
Monitor and optimize ad budgets for maximum efficiency.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager , and other marketing tools.
Generate detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with sales & marketing teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives and copywriting.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
2 to 4 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or lead generation , preferably in real estate or B2C industries .
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC, and Email Marketing .
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and lead management systems .
Expertise in A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion optimization .
Knowledge of landing page design and performance tracking .
Analytical & Creative Thinking:
Strong data analysis skills to make data-driven marketing decisions.
Ability to present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving skills for innovative marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Real estate industry experience or B2C lead generation expertise.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing platforms .
