With unparalleled Big Tech expertise, we make advanced AI seamlessly accessible, driving growth and efficiency for businesses ready to thrive in the digital age.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) based in the Greater Delhi Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing and reviewing code, leading software development projects, implementing best practices in software engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.QualificationsExperienced Backend Engineer: You have 2+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.Framework Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with modern backend web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.Languages: Next.js, Python, Javascript.Cloud & DevOps Native: Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.Systems Designer: You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging/analytics.Vibe Coder: Experience with vibe/peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc.Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
