Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Associate - Institutional Relationship Management to support Relationship Managers (RMs) and drive exceptional client engagement for our financial services. This role focuses on project management , client management , and supporting RMs across multiple geographies. Strong understanding of capital market products (Equities/FICC) and excellent communication skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities :


Client Management & Analytical Support :

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client taxonomy and customization requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client-specific needs with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Support international RMs by preparing templates, reviewing documents, and assisting with client queries.


Project Management :

  • Act as a point of contact for research, publishing, and RM teams during client delivery cycles.
  • Maintain trackers for requests, client updates, and delivery statistics.
  • Coordinate validation and delivery schedules while ensuring timely follow-ups.


Administrative Support :

  • Manage client contracts (e.g., MSAs, NDAs), draft work orders, and review invoices.
  • Collaborate with finance for billing and ensure payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain client organization charts, distribution lists, and contact summaries.


Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Banking.
  • 3-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment banking.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and asset classes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, calculations, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in project management and client relationship management.
