Job Description:

We are hiring a Team Lead - Credentialing - AR with 5+ years of experience in US healthcare credentialing to manage a team of 20+ members. The role involves overseeing day-to-day team operations, setting clear goals, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ credentialing specialists.
  • Set targets, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching.
  • Resolve team conflicts and address feedback.
  • Encourage innovation and team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with Quality & Training teams for compliance and process improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in US healthcare credentialing.
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
