IT Team Lead Infrastructure & ISMS

We are seeking an IT Team Lead to manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and information security compliance. The role involves leading a small team, ensuring system uptime, and supporting ISO ISMS) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, end-user systems).
  • Lead, mentor, and guide IT support staff.
  • Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Support ISMS implementation and ISO 27001 compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT services and procurement.
  • Monitor IT performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, and security practices.
  • Familiarity with ISMS / ISO 27001 processes.
  • Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, ISO 27001, Microsoft/AWS/VMware.
