This role is perfect for someone who thrives in startup environments, loves diving into AI-driven efficiencies, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality tech solutions on time and under budget. You will be the bridge between our vision and flawless execution, ensuring maximum value while keeping things agile and cost-effective.Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end outsourcing process for a hybrid mobile app (iOS/Android) and web-based admin dashboard, from vendor selection to final deployment. Oversee UX/UI design, development cycles, integration testing, and launch, anticipating and mitigating potential roadblocks like scope creep or integration delays. Enforce strict adherence to timelines and targets with outsourced teams, using agile methodologies to deliver an MVP within 3 months. Leverage your AI expertise to optimize project workflows, reduce outsourcing costs (e.g., through smart vendor negotiations and automated tools), and enhance platform features like real-time calculations and recommendations. Conduct regular reviews, quality audits, and performance tracking to ensure 100% alignment with deliverables. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine requirements, ensuring the platform supports scalable, user-centric energy management tools. Drive cost-saving innovations, such as AI-powered prototyping or efficient resource allocation, to minimize expenses without compromising quality.What We're Looking For: 7+ years of hands-on experience in tech project management, with a focus on app/dashboard development (e.g., React Native, Node.js stacks). Proven success in outsourcing similar projects, including vendor management and delivering on tight deadlines (e.g., 3-month cycles). Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, deliverable milestones, common pitfalls (e.g., API integration issues), and testing phases. Strong proficiency in AI tools (e.g., for automation, predictive analytics) to streamline processes and cut costs. Genuine passion for startups and emerging tech—bonus if you have contributed to open-source or AI-driven sustainability initiatives. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills to hold teams accountable for 100% on-time delivery. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications like PMP or Scrum Master a plus.
