Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:

Professional Graduate or Masters degree i.e. MCA/BCA/B

Knowledge Required:'Knowledge of MS office, MIS tools ,telecom knowledge(Active+Passive) upto some extent ,Data base concept, CodingContract Understanding and Its Execution

Skills / Competencies:Basics of Project Management.Good leadership skillsGood communication skills to interact with vendors and stakeholdersCustomer Management

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration):

Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in IT/Telecom/ISPShould have worked on NOC tools/techniques i.e. Fault Management and Trouble Ticketing toolsWorking knowledge of IT infrastructure upto some extent
