Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Manager/Manager - Marketing located in Chennai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote IOD's training programs, research, and publications. This will include designing and implementing campaigns, identifying target audiences, conducting market research, to look after all coordination and business development activities, and collaborating with internal departments.

QualificationsMaster's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

MBA-Marketing preferred.1-3+ years of experience in marketing or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Expertise in Business Development, Lead & Revenue Generation.Ability to design and execute marketing campaigns to achieve target outcomes.Knowledge of market research for the identification of target audiences and strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external executives.Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within changing priorities.Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions.Experience in developing and managing partnerships with external vendors and organizations.

Salary commensurate with qualification, and quality knowledge.Official Days & Timings: Monday to Friday (5-days) 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
