BIM Architectural Designer

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparing, modifying, and reviewing a complete set of architectural documents, ensuring the incorporation of the design scope intent.Prepare 2D/3D presentations or design drawings.Collaborate with the production team on all aspects of the preparation of construction documents.Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.Provide technical support and project communication to the junior team as required.Coordinate with architectural professionals on projects to assure continuity and consistency of documentation, including organisation, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of all documents in the drawing set.Work closely with the team and assist in the completion of projects on aggressive schedules.Coordinate the work of consultants with architectural documents.
QualificationsBachelor of Architecture DegreeMin. 2-3 years of work experience on projects in BIM. Experience on international projects preferable.Advanced knowledge of Revit, BIM 360, ACC, AutoCAD, and NavisworkKnowledge of Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion, Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferableExperience working on international projects is preferable.
