Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Engineer, located in Mumbai. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing construction drawings, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and collaborating with architecture and civil engineering teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Skills in creating and managing Construction Drawings
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Knowledge in Architecture and Civil Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
