Lead -Fixed Income /Forex Retail & online banking Permanent contract Bangalore, India Hybrid Reference 25000JRX Start date 2025/11/03 Publication date 2025/10/22 Responsibilities The successful candidate will join a team who cover the following responsibilities: Onboard clients on vendor platforms (Fxall, Bloomberg, 360T, EBSDirect, etc.) and monitor requests – products covered: OTC Fixed income, Currencies and Commodities Liaising with vendors on queries related to their platforms behaviour. Be a process owner of onboarding request:Ensure all approvals are in place (Trading, Regulatory, KYC, Limits) and clients are eligible to access our e-pricing offer.Make process more efficient. Maintenance of existing client base and updating trading setups when necessary Administrate credit limits and KYC bypass when relevant. Be a primary point of contact for e-trading queries for internal users and for external SG clients and transfer the request to relevant IT team when needed. Troubleshoot client queries related to client configuration on their FX, Fixed Income, Rates deal processing on electronic trading platforms. Understand FX & FI chains, to be capable to escalate issues to relevant internal Technology team with proper feedback and ensure follow up. Internal communication on various topics with Sales, Trading teams, COO, Risk, Technology, Middle/Back Office Ensure follow the sun model is well followed – global hotline and global mailboxes. Work closely with Amer region for FTS handover and global initiatives implementation. Work closely with Front Office in improving security, efficiency, and clients’ satisfaction in our internal processes. Assist and participate in new initiatives related to the development of the electronic offer. Profile required Having 6-12 years experience in Investment Banking Ops roles with Client facing activities Experience in financial environment (bank/asset manager) on client management in pre-trade process Ability to handle requests from sales / Front office in quick and agile manner Knowledge in financial products (OTC fixed income, currencies, and commodities) is a plus Ability to come up with solutions/ innovations for improving and building efficiencies in operations Excellent communication and stakeholder management Why join us We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
