About the Client: Our client is one of the world's largest providers of financial services. They are the leading provider of investment management, asset management, brokerage, and many other financial products and services. The firm is amongst the largest mutual fund company in the United States and has significant presence in India. Roles & Responsibilities: Defining, refining, and clearly communicating the team's mission and roadmap to inspire alignment and support among team members and stakeholders. Contributing to the product roadmap by ensuring full transparency around the capabilities being developed and influencing the identification of new opportunities. Engaging with clients and partners to understand and prioritize their needs, serving as their advocate within the team. Establishing clear acceptance criteria and measuring results against them. Monitoring progress, identifying obstacles, and facilitating their removal. Evaluating team performance against established objectives, ensuring the delivery of business, technology, and people outcomes. Collaborating with other leaders and Scrum Masters to build team capacity, capability, and foster the growth and development of team members. Making informed trade-off decisions to balance quality, cost, and timelines effectively. Contributing to the ideation process by bringing innovative ideas to the table. Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree/ above in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance related field; CFA / CFP designation or post-graduate degree in finance or a related field a plus The ability to break down complex product features into clear, concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria, and communicate these effectively. Has experience between 11 and 14 years mainly in Fixed Income domain or asset management domain. A data-driven approach to understanding customer needs, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, and prioritizing to maximize value delivery. Demonstrated experience in defining minimum viable products and managing product backlogs. Extensive expertise in the Fixed Income domain, essential for delivering optimal business outcomes within a complex set of applications and business processes. Proven capability to lead, influence, and motivate teams without formal authority, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Commitment to continuous improvement and promoting an agile way of working. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across functions to deliver business outcomes, leveraging the expertise of colleagues to inform your approach. Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching. A balanced development of both technology and non-technology skills to fully understand and meet customer needs. Skilled in identifying scope changes and addressing them proactively.
