Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media marketing
Employment Type: Full-time
What you will do:
Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, and stories) to boost audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and analytics to optimize content performance.
Plan and schedule content calendars while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an interactive community.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Track and report on social media KPIs to measure success and suggest improvements.
What we are looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills.
Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
Passion for digital trends, audience engagement, and community building.
