Role Description

This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role located in Mumbai The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on-site.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Account Management skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
