Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Operations -Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, sales invoicing (B2B & B2C), and e-invoicing.
  • Expenses - Bill booking and handling vendor payments.
  • Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation workings.
  • Debtors & Creditors reconciliation and balance confirmations.
  • Bank Payments, Bank receipts and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle TDS workings, return filing, and 26AS reconciliations.
  • Prepare GST workings and ensure timely return filing.
  • Closure of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Petty Cash Accounting
  • Payroll Processing

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for management
  • Assist in statutory and internal audits
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements

Governance & Accountability

  • Take ownership of finance and compliance matters of the company.
  • Work independently and proactively in day-to-day operations.
  • Report directly to Head of Finance and support in all internal/external audit-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PT, MSME)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible team player.Bottom of Form
