This role focuses on managing invoicing, basic bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients.ResponsibilitiesInvoicing : Prepare, send, and track client invoices using QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate billing.Data Entry : Record financial transactions, including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and expense tracking, into QuickBooks or other accounting software.
