Responsibilities

Responsible for processing transactions / entries of high complexity. Ability to use Google Spreadsheet or Microsoft Excel to do basic formulas like Sum, Avg, Sort & Filter, Conditional formatting, create pivot tables, etc. Acquire process knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) & be process certified. Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy as per team requirements. Clearly understand work expectations & prioritize critical activities Demonstrate responsiveness to client needs and requests Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate with clients Other duties or tasks as assigned by management. Ability to handle projects independently and as part of a team Occasional extended work hours to meet business needs

Required Qualifications
