The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.PurposeProvide Customer Service timelyGrowth in business by offering delightful customer experienceBuild Team and Service Network across IndiaResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely mannerServe as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfactionProvide status and service reports to recommend next steps to managementPhysical visit on Sites for Service of ProductsHandling customer Queries & Provide Technical support on call.Site Surveys for New Projects InstallationsTesting & repairing of Lithium BatteriesTesting & repairing of Solar Inverters PCBDesign circuits with the help of MatlabDesign structure & SLD with the help of Autocad/sketchupProduction & Assembly of Solar Inverters & Lithium BatteriesEnsure Quality check of All ProductsMaintain Proper records of service calls on Google sheet/Excel/CRMPCB Circuit DesignProduction & Assembly of Inverters.QualificationsPreferred Btech/ITI/Diploma/Graduate/Good Knowledge of Power Electronics/Electrical/ElectronicsInterest to grow career in R&D sectorGreat communication skills, fluency in both English & HindiAn attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 yearsRigorous follow-up and Skills to handle Customer Queries
