Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the RoleSukoon is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager who will oversee the identification, acquisition, and development of new sites to support our expansion and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of real estate markets.The ideal candidate for this role:

Follows a data driven approach for achieving targetsDemonstrates a high level of intellectual and problem-solving abilitiesFeels comfortable using technologyTakes extreme ownership on projectsFeels comfortable working with cross functional teams

Areas of FocusIdentify Potential SitesConduct thorough research and analysis to identify suitable sites for development projects.Utilize various tools and resources to scout and evaluate potential locations.

Market Survey of the Location and AreaPerform detailed market surveys to understand the dynamics, demographics, and economic conditions of the target area.Analyze market trends, competition, and other factors to assess the feasibility of proposed sites.

Initial Negotiation of Potential PropertiesEngage in preliminary discussions and negotiations with property owners and real estate agents.Aim to secure favorable terms and conditions for the acquisition of properties.

Acquisitions and Manage Relationships with Property Owners and Real Estate AgentsOversee the acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions.Maintain and nurture professional relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.

Ensure All Site Plans and Developments Meet Regulatory StandardsCollaborate with legal, engineering, and construction teams to ensure all site plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Obtain necessary permits and approvals for developing projects.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Urban Planning, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or related field.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with property owners andagents.In-depth understanding of market analysis and surveying techniques.Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in property development.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
