We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.


About the Role

Sukoon is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager who will oversee the identification, acquisition, and development of new sites to support our expansion and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of real estate markets.

The ideal candidate for this role:

Areas of Focus

Identify Potential Sites

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify suitable sites for development projects.
  • Utilize various tools and resources to scout and evaluate potential locations.


Market Survey of the Location and Area

  • Perform detailed market surveys to understand the dynamics, demographics, and economic conditions of the target area.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and other factors to assess the feasibility of proposed sites.


Initial Negotiation of Potential Properties

  • Engage in preliminary discussions and negotiations with property owners and real estate agents.
  • Aim to secure favorable terms and conditions for the acquisition of properties.


Acquisitions and Manage Relationships with Property Owners and Real Estate Agents

  • Oversee the acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Maintain and nurture professional relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.


Ensure All Site Plans and Developments Meet Regulatory Standards

  • Collaborate with legal, engineering, and construction teams to ensure all site plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for developing projects.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively with property owners and

agents.

  • In-depth understanding of market analysis and surveying techniques.
  • Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in property development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
