We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Project Manager..In this role, you will:Target the 24/7 availability of critical Tier 0 services.Working with technical teams to ensure that root cause of incident is found as a priority and that actions are documented, assigned and tracked to avoid reoccurrence.End to end service ownership, technical, functional and operational knowledge of the service and its components. Providing support to the production services. ( Incident/problem/batch/change management, system DR & roleswap).Providing technical support to the IT service owner, with your functional and operational knowledge of linux based services and components.Monitoring the health of production systems and recovering the systems as quickly as possible when incidents occur.Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve monitoring and event managementAnalysing and troubleshooting all kind of Production system issues. Participate in system releases, scheduled and ad-hoc product maintenance releases (OS and middleware), systems updates and post-release incident management and reporting. Communicating with business users and production support managers to report system statusRequirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:A background on UNIX - Linux (Redhat v6, 7,8), including VIOM and VCS, Websphere Application Server (WAS ND , 9, WLP 17-20) is required.Able to do technical troubleshooting and service problem determinationAble to provide support for out of hours releases.Able to do the patching, cert renewal and other technical taskGood to have knowledge on Splunk, AppD, Agile Tooling – Jira, Confluence, SlackCI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Nexus , ControlM schedulerNoSQL databases experience such as Mongo DB, Oracle 12c, 19c.IBM MQ, Active MQ and knowledge of legacy HSBC systems knowledge would be beneficial
