Job Summary
:

As a Lead Visualizer , you will be responsible for translating concepts into engaging visual

designs across various platforms. Leveraging your expertise in image composition, editing and design

principles you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating visual content that aligns

with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Translate concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts.

● Develop high-quality visual content for in-app platform.

● Creating gamification assets, Product marketing collaterals, High end visuals for campaigns

● Setting the direction for big ticket events through strong visualization

● Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency and ensure designs meet brand

guidelines.

● Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design

quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

● 3+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative

designs.

● Good understanding of image editing and creative composition by understanding light and

shadow to match the overall creative.

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, blender, etc.).

● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet project deadlines.

● 3D & AI skillsets are a must.

● Bachelor's degree or relevant in a design-related field.

● Worked as a conceptual artist a creative agency/Animation Studio or an in-house team or

self-initiated projects with a strong portfolio
