Type: (6 Months Contract)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) WFO - 5 Days working
About the Role:
we are looking for a law graduate with 1-2 years of work experience to join the legal team on a 6-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and redlining commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, amendments, and other business documentation.
- Maintaining and updating the contract repository, tracking key dates (renewals/ expiries), and ensuring proper documentation.
- Preparing and reviewing contract amendments, extensions, and related documentation.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, HR, operations) to facilitate contract execution and resolve documentation queries.
- Ensure all documentation is in line with company standards.
Requirements:
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 1- 2 years of post-qualification experience in contract drafting/review, either in-house or with a law firm.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial arrangements, and corporate governance basics.
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under timelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
