Team Member Role: Manager/Assistant Manager - Real Estate Transaction
What would the work Entail:
3+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with Key Account Clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
Manage the transaction process end–to–end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures.
Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L
Your Attributes:
Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative, able to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent with MS excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
