Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to take on a role that lets you manage local compensation and benefits provision, typically for a large country or limited geographic area? As a Senior Manager - Reward Partner, you will ensure compliance with global standards and local regulatory and legal requirements through effective compensation and benefits localisation strategies. You will deliver the annual review of salary, bonus, long-term incentives locally and monitor the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of benefit provision.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will implement compensation and benefits policies and programmes in accordance with global standards. You will contribute to the development of global compensation and benefits policy and processes by representing the employee population within your area of responsibility. You will manage the delivery of annual compensation and benefit review events such as bonus, long-term incentives and salary review for the country/region. You will also manage day-to-day relationships with third-party benefit providers and deliver local communication strategies for compensation and benefit programmes.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Educated to Degree Level
- Significant experience in delivering compensation practices in a large, complex multinational company
- Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits policies
- Experience of managing contracts with third party suppliers
- Well developed people skills and ability to engage, influence and negotiate with major stakeholders and internal clients
- HRIS systems experience
