Job Description
Ensure numbers are met for the mapped territory in sync with company's guidelines and process. Keep a tab on allocated Annual Budget and Expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability. Addressing issues and queries raised by external customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services. Constant focus on increasing spread of distribution - prime focus should be on Recruitment & Activation. Train your team on daily responsibilities, KPI, Product, Process, Campaign promotion and customer service activities Protecting existing business by increasing Renewal Retention. Market Intelligence to track competitor's movement on schemes, product development, service issues or exit news. Conducting Distributor's meet, IMD training, Local Reward & Recognition program to increase Brand visibility in the market
The Successful Applicant
Should have an exposure of retail agency or direct sales Candidate should have worked in the local market(Goa) Team Management Exposure - Candidate should have managed a team of 5 members Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) -Intermediate Excellent verbal communication and / or Written communication Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations Good knowledge of underwriting and operations processes Ability to train and motivate people
