Job Summary : The BSS Telecom Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Business Support Systems (BSS) solutions within the telecom domain. This role requires extensive knowledge of telecom BSS, including CRM, billing, order management, and customer experience management. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that enhance business processes and customer satisfaction

Experience:1. Minimum of 9 -10 years of experience in telecommunications, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role focusing on BSS.2. Proven track record of designing and implementing BSS solutions in the telecom industry.

Technical Skills:1. In-depth knowledge of BSS systems including CRM, billing, order management, and customer experience management.2. Experience with BSS platforms such as Amdocs, Ericsson, Huawei, or similar.3. Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., APIs, ESB, SOA) and data modeling.4. Familiarity with cloud-based BSS solutions and services.

Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworx) are preferred
