- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms.

- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices, and proactively propose innovative solutions.

Requirements :

- In depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud ,Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud.

- Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud Implementation and customization based on salesforce best practice.

- Knowledge in Implementing LWR sites and LWC (Lightening Web Component) components along with Data Tracking & Management tools and cookie management tools. Eg : hotjar, google analytics, appinium, one trust

- Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.

- Provide solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adheres to salesforce best practices.

- Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.

- Own the design of Community Cloud, and other Salesforce platform solutions.

- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.

- To review multi-market impact of solutions and recommend improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to page loads and optimal content size.

- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project and/or Salesforce SMEs.

- Review Technical Design Documents (TDD), approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments where appropriate.

- Supervise the configuration, quality assurance and deployment of Salesforce.

- Collaborative project and work-stream planning.

- Set up change management practices to ensure long-term solution success .

- Prioritize and escalate customer issues with quick turnaround.

Note : This is a contract position with a flexible schedule, offering competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
