Bangalore (Hybrid)Role: PEGA CDH (Customer Decisioning Hub)Skills: PEGA Decisioning/Marketing, GDF, Scrum, CDH Experience: 4 to 9 Years The purpose of this role is to develop Pega decisioning constructs in order to implement new marketing campaigns, real time decisioning modules and provide post implementation support. Certifications: at least 2 of: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect ~ Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 years ~ Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML). Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETL ~ Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2 EE, XML, and EJB. ~ Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration. ~ Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns ~ Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules. ~ Coordination with operations and testing team and provide defect fixes and bugfixes ~ Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issues L3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAs Prepare packages and installations Improve the technical performance of the application Make sure that all DB queries are optimized Make strategies and campaigns very configurable, as the changes after production installation are frequent and they are performed by a configurators team (not developers)We do not discriminate based on age, colour, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), gender identity, gender expression, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
