Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, organised, and people-centric HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resources operations at Cocoma Digital HQ. This role requires strong experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy creation, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, approachable, and capable of building a positive and efficient work culture within a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, and team-building activities. Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance tracking, and HR documentation in Google Suite. Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other labor law requirements. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally. Conduct induction sessions, training coordination, and HR orientation for new joiners. Manage payroll inputs, leaves & attendance, and coordinate with Finance for monthly payouts. Lead exit processes including documentation, clearance, and exit interviews. Support leadership with HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational development. Uphold company culture, promote professionalism, and maintain confidentiality at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in HR or related field. 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management. Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Highly organized, approachable, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Experience in fast-paced creative, media, or digital environments preferred. Language & Communication Proficiency Languages: English (Required) Communication: Must be able to draft clear, professional communication, conduct interviews, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Should represent the company confidently in meetings and discussions. Tools & Technical Proficiency Google Suite: Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar. HRMS / ATS tools knowledge preferred. Familiarity with payroll tools, compliance processes, and digital HR record-keeping. Hands-on experience with Greyt HR application for attendance, payroll, and employee data management.
