Role Overview
As our Marketing Director, you will own and evolve the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives—from brand positioning and messaging to guiding digital campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads. In this role, you'll focus heavily on SEO, driving organic traffic, and converting that traffic into sales-qualified leads. You'll also oversee paid advertising efforts to complement your organic strategy. Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy
Shape and implement holistic marketing plans that build brand awareness, fuel growth, and align with Rapid Innovation's goals.
Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Development teams to craft compelling messaging around our AI-focused products and services.
Lead SEO Initiatives
Conduct deep keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies to elevate our organic search visibility.
Optimize site architecture and content structure, using analytics to drive continuous improvements and higher conversion rates.
Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns
Oversee budgets and strategies across Google Ads, social media, and other paid platforms.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and increase lead volume.
Conversion Optimization
Implement CRO best practices across landing pages and funnels, leveraging A/B testing and heatmapping to improve conversion rates.
Partner with designers and developers to create user-centric experiences that turn visitors into high-quality leads.
Content & Thought Leadership
Guide content creation (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) focused on AI, agentic systems, and digital labor to engage and educate the market.
Oversee editorial calendars and optimize all content to rank highly in search results and drive inbound leads.
Analytics & Reporting
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, including organic traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Share data-driven insights with stakeholders and pivot strategies where necessary to ensure success.
Team Management & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals; coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
Foster a collaborative environment that values continuous learning, experimentation, and a passion for AI innovation.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Stay abreast of industry developments in AI, agentic systems, and digital labor.
Monitor competitors' approaches to maintain our competitive edge and inform future marketing decisions.
What We're Looking For
Experience:  7+ years in marketing roles with a strong emphasis on SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing; 3+ years in a leadership or director-level position.
Passion for AI & Innovation:  Deep interest in AI, agentic systems, digital labor, and emerging technologies—ready to shape the narrative around these transformative solutions.
SEO Expertise:  Proven success in implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Paid Ads Proficiency:  Track record of effective budget management and campaign optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, or similar channels.
Analytical Mindset:  Skilled in analyzing data from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms to extract actionable insights.
Conversion-Focused:  Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Leadership & Communication:  Ability to guide cross-functional teams and communicate compellingly with stakeholders at all levels.
