This role reports to : Sr. Director/Partner Planning Strategy, Mindshare Fulcrum

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:Familiarize with the systems and processesLearn the planning methodology of the agency on both online and offline mediaUnderstand the different streamsof analysis the team undertakesContribute to at least two projectsthat the team is working on
In six months:Thorough understanding of planning principles and processes to demonstrate in day-to- day work and conversationsCollaborate with the necessaryteams during the course of a workstream pro-activelyPoint-of-view on the best approach that should be taken on projectsIdeate on and deliverat least three projects
In twelve months:Ability to help build a narrative for the projects undertaken by the teamManage and deliver projects end-to-end
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
Provide strategic input in crafting the approach of a project, lead data analysis and support in building the project as a wholeCollaboration with various teams for information exchangeBe the go-to person for teams on certain projects and media planning principles
What You will bring: -Expertise in TV planning or digital planningAdept at data analysisand evaluationAttention to detail and accuracy in outputGood time-management skills and ability to handle multipleprojects at a timeGood interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Minimum qualifications:6-8 years of experience in media planningPreferred background in mathematics or statisticsProficient with Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)and media planningtools –BARC, IRS, DV 360, FB dashboard, etc.
