We are currently looking for a Senior Director – Strategy to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic inputs based on an understanding of media dynamics and aid the strengthening of the integrated planning product. Reporting of the role

This role reports to: Sr. Director/Partner Planning Strategy, Mindshare Fulcrum

Contribute to influencing and enhancing planningbest practices

Collaboration across various teamsfrom ideation to implementation of workstreams

Work with the largest advertiser and leader in the FMCG segment

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

Familiarize with the systems and processes

Learn the planning methodology of the agency on both online and offline media

Understand the different streamsof analysis the team undertakes

Contribute to at least two projectsthat the team is working on

In six months:

Thorough understanding of planning principles and processes to demonstrate in day-to- day work and conversations

Collaborate with the necessaryteams during the course of a workstream pro-actively

Point-of-view on the best approach that should be taken on projects

Ideate on and deliverat least three projects

In twelve months:

Ability to help build a narrative for the projects undertaken by the team

Manage and deliver projects end-to-end

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

Provide strategic input in crafting the approach of a project, lead data analysis and support in building the project as a whole

Collaboration with various teams for information exchange

Be the go-to person for teams on certain projects and media planning principles

What You will bring: -

Expertise in TV planning or digital planning

Adept at data analysisand evaluation

Attention to detail and accuracy in output

Good time-management skills and ability to handle multipleprojects at a time

Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Minimum qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in media planning

Preferred background in mathematics or statistics

Proficient with Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)and media planningtools –

BARC, IRS, DV 360, FB dashboard, etc.
