As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Fashion Marketing & Communication Specialist  to join our team in Pune.




Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and strategic Marketing & Communication Specialist to amplify our brand’s presence and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion marketing, content creation, and brand management. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Pune and involves collaborating closely with our Delhi head office.




Key Responsibilities

Branding & Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand’s ethos and vision.
  • Craft a clear, cohesive brand identity that reflects our values and resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new branding opportunities and optimize our positioning.
  • Create marketing campaigns that highlight our unique selling propositions, particularly focusing on the handcrafted nature of our collections.

Content Creation & Management

  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including photoshoots, social media posts, videos, newsletters, blogs, and website updates.
  • Develop storytelling content that showcases the craftsmanship, heritage, and design process behind our collections.
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, and influencers to generate impactful content for all digital platforms.
  • Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and paid advertising channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics (social media engagement, website traffic, ROI on ads) to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance our online visibility and organic reach.
  • Track customer feedback and reviews to identify areas of improvement and shape future marketing efforts.

Public Relations & Collaborations

  • Build and maintain relationships with fashion bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to secure brand features and collaborations.
  • Organize and promote brand events, pop-ups, and exhibitions in Pune and other key markets.
  • Develop press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to generate positive brand coverage.
  • Identify and onboard brand ambassadors who align with our values and can enhance our reach.

Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising

  • Work closely with the sales and design teams to create in-store marketing materials and enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate with retail partners to develop marketing initiatives that drive footfall and sales.
  • Assist in visual merchandising for brand stores and partner outlets to ensure consistent branding.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fashion marketing, branding, or communications, preferably with a focus on Indian wear.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Passion for Indian fashion, textiles, and craftsmanship.
