Aboutthe Role: Jr. Engineer I&C SolarRooftop

Asa Jr. Engineer Installation & Commissioning (I&C)for Solar Rooftop at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will beresponsible for conducting site surveys managing installations andensuring the commissioning of solar rooftop systems. This rolerequires technical expertise project management skills and theability to work within stricttimelines.

Responsibilities:

SiteSurveys: Conduct thorough sitesurveys to assess suitability for solar rooftopinstallations.

I&CExperience: Utilize yourexperience in various types of I&C of rooftop solar plantsto ensure efficient and effectiveinstallations.

TechnicalKnowledge: Apply your fulltechnical knowledge of solar plant installation flow to oversee allphases of theinstallation.

ProjectManagement: Adhere to timelinesand schedules provided by the ProjectManager.

Communication: Maintain excellent internal communication with team members andotherdepartments.

Time& Team Management: Manage your time effectively and lead the team to achieve projectgoals.

MaterialInspection: Inspect materialsand manage the storage of components required forinstallation.

Installation& Commissioning: Leadthe installation and commissioning processes to ensure all systemsare fullyoperational.

FlexibleWorking Hours: Be willing towork flexible hours as required by projectdemands.

FunctionalParameters:

1.SiteSurveyAccuracy:

Target: Complete site surveys with 98% accuracy identifying all potentialinstallationissues.

2.InstallationTimeliness:

Target: Complete 95% of installations within the agreed timelines andschedules.

3.TechnicalProficiency:

Target: Demonstrate full technical knowledge in 100% of installationsensuring all steps follow the correctflow.

4.ProjectTimelineAdherence:

Target: Adhere to project timelines and schedules given by the ProjectManager in 100% ofprojects.

5.InternalCommunication:

Target: Maintain effective communication with team members with zerocommunication breakdownsreported.

6.TeamLeadership:

Target: Manage and lead the installation team effectively with 90% teamsatisfaction and minimalturnover.

7.MaterialInspection andManagement:

Target: Inspect materials and manage storage with 100% accuracy ensuring noshortages ordelays.

8.InstallationQuality:

Target: Achieve a defectfree installation rate of 98% through rigorousqualitychecks.

9.CommissioningEfficiency:

Target: Ensure 100% of systems are fully operational and meet performancecriteria within 48 hours ofinstallation.

10.FlexibleHoursAdaptation:

Target: Successfully adapt to flexible working hours ensuring no delays dueto schedulingissues.
