Aboutthe Role: Jr. Engineer O&MSolar

Asa Jr. Engineer O&M Solar at GRE Renew Enertech PrivateLimited you will be responsible for supporting the Operations andMaintenance (O&M) activities of solar projects. Your rolewill involve assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting ofsolar installations ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Todelineate expectations clearly we have outlined Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) tailored to the requisites of the Jr. EngineerO&M Solarposition.

FunctionalParameters:

  1. Assistin Solar PlantMaintenance:

Target:Assist in conducting routine maintenance activities on solar panelsinverters and other equipment to ensure smoothoperation.

  1. TechnicalTroubleshooting:

Target:Assist in identifying andtroubleshooting technical issues in solar installations to minimizedowntime and optimizeperformance.

  1. SafetyCompliance:

Target:Adhere to safety protocols andguidelines while performing O&M activities to ensure a safeworkingenvironment.

  1. DataMonitoring andAnalysis:

Target:Assist in monitoring andanalysing performance data from solar plants to identify trends andpotentialissues.

  1. DocumentationandReporting:

Target:Maintain accurate records ofmaintenance activities equipment inspections and performancemetrics and provide timely reports asrequired.

  1. QualityAssuranceSupport:

Target:Support quality assuranceinitiatives by ensuring adherence to maintenance standards andprocedures.

  1. InventoryManagementAssistance:

Target:Assist in managing inventorylevels of spare parts and consumables for maintenanceactivities.

  1. ContinuousLearning andDevelopment:

Target:Actively participate in trainingprograms and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge insolar O&Mpractices.

  1. TeamCollaboration:

Target:Collaborate effectively with theO&M team and other departments to ensure smooth executionof maintenanceactivities.

Target:Assist in addressing customerinquiries and concerns related to O&M activities strivingto achieve high levels of customersatisfaction.

Qualification:B.E Electrical or any Diploma / Degree in relevant Engineering fromrecognisedinstitution.
