Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various job portals/sourcing tools. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Comfortable working in night shift MINIMUM 5 TO 10 YEARS experience marketing OPT/CPT Candidates (Must Have) Candidates should have excellent communication skills Need to recruit OPT/CPT, H1, GC and GC EAD Need to have good convincing skills. Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, OPT portals and , etc. Experience in recruiting H1B transfers/EAD's and independent contractors.
