Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additional duties include overseeing billing processes, resolving payment issues, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Client account management, customer relationship management, and issue resolution skills
- Experience in handling billing processes, payment resolutions, and customer inquiries
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments for service delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in the cable TV or telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
