Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to discuss their needs, providing support and guidance, managing client communication, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for account growth and managing billing processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in account management and relationship building
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools
  • Ability to identify opportunities for account growth and manage billing processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the auditing or financial services industry is a plus
