**Position Overview:** 

We are seeking a **Senior Python Developer** with expertise in Flask to lead the design and development of our backend services and applications. This position requires a solid understanding of web frameworks, cloud services, and API development, along with a passion for creating efficient, high-performance applications in the fintech space. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Python and Flask. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences. 

- Develop RESTful APIs to support our mobile and web applications. 

- Implement best practices for code design, review, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software deliverables.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack and development processes. 

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. 

**Qualifications:** 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Flask. 

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms and their application in real-world scenarios. 

- Experience with relational databases (like PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB). 

- Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and working with version control (Git). 

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. 

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
