We are actively seeking a skilled Technical Lead Dynamics CE for a compelling role in India, with one of our esteemed clients.


Role: Dynamics CE Developer

Location: India

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Integration experience using Logic Apps, Azure Integration Service, and Function Apps.
  • Dynamics CRM development experience.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Customization and configuration across modules, particularly Sales and Service.
  • Experience in Ribbon customization, sitemap editing, and App designing.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, plugins, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, GIT, and TFS.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, XRMToolbox, REST builder, and OOTB CRM capabilities.
  • Integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems.
  • Excellent debugging skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Workshop facilitation, storyboarding, and prototyping.
  • Business analysis activities (advantageous).
  • Agile delivery methodologies (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Microsoft certifications in relevant Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform (advantageous).

Mandatory Skills :

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service.
  • Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

Desired/Secondary Skills :

  • .NET development skills.
  • Domain : BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)
