3 Incumbent will be taking care of the South Asia markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: The primary focus Manager, IT Solution Sales is to sell TFP product, Services & Solution to existing customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory. You will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. The candidate must have worked with Indian Govt & will be taking care of the South Asia markets reporting to Senior Director (Sales - Singapore) as an Individual Contributor.
Influence customers to choose and use products, Services & Solution.
Develop effective and cost-effective outreach method to contact prospective customers for producing long-term business relationship.
Achieve the regional sales target for long-term and short-term goals.
Education – bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing
Location - Delhi
Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key Public Sector and logistics clients ensuring long term partnerships
· Develop trust-based relationships with stakeholders in Government ministries , public agencies and logistics organizations .
· Maintain a proactive communication channel to understand client needs, challenges and upcoming opportunities.
2. Account Growth & Retention:
· Drive account expansion by identifying cross-sell or up-sell opportunities within public and logistics sectors
· Develop strategic account plans to achieve grown targets and enhance client satisfaction
· Ensure contract renewals and minimize churn through proactive engagement and value delivery
3. Solution Delivery & Project Coordination:
· Work closely with internal (Sales, technical and operations) to ensure a smooth implementation of digital solutions
· Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations
· Manage issues or escalation, ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption to clients.
4. Market knowledge & Advisor:
· Stay updated on Government policies affecting public sector digitization and regulatory frameworks in the logistics industry
· Provide clients with insights on Industry trends policy updates and relevant digital transformation strategies
5. Reporting & Metrics:
· Track and report on key account performance metrics, ensuring visibility into account health and growth opportunities
· Prepare regular client reviews and present business outcomes, project milestones and future recommendations.
Requirements
Account Management Experience – Minimum 5-7 years managing public sector or logistics industry accounts.
Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of public sector operations or logistics and trade workflows (eg., Ports, customs, freight)
Location advantage: Familiarity with the Delhi region and access to relevant public and logistics sector stakeholders.
Government & Tender Experience: Knowledge of government contracts, tender management and procurement processes.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage with senior officials and C-Level executives across sectors.
Problem – Solving: Adept at handling complex client requirement and delivering customized solutions.
Project Coordination: Experience working cross-functionally with Internal and external teams to manage solution delivery.
