Job Overview:
Argmac is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing high-profile client accounts, and expanding our presence in the luxury furniture and architecture market. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of proven success in high-end luxury sales, preferably with experience in furniture or architecture-related products. The Senior Sales Manager will possess a deep understanding of the luxury market and be adept at building long-term relationships with clients while closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive brand awareness within the luxury furniture and architecture sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, interior designers, and luxury real estate developers, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- High-End Sales Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the luxury market to effectively pitch, negotiate, and close high-value sales in the furniture and architecture domains.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury furniture and design space to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Showroom Management: Oversee the showroom experience, ensuring that the products are presented to the highest standards and are aligned with the expectations of luxury clientele.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in luxury sales, with a strong focus on high-end furniture, architecture, or design-related products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the luxury market.
- Deep understanding of the luxury customer experience and the ability to engage affluent clients with tailored sales strategies.
- Strong network within the luxury real estate, architecture, and design industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- A passion for luxury design, craftsmanship, and innovation.
- Experience managing key accounts, handling complex sales cycles, and closing large-value deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
