It helps  B2 B demand gen and sales teams generate qualified pipeline and increase deal conversion rates with real-time account and contact level intelligence signals, recommending next best action and execution via AI agents. We are solving the problem of inefficient GTM driven by dirty data ecosystems, multiple siloed legacy tools, large GTM teams, static ICPs and poorly defined segments.  Current customers have seen a significant improvement in data coverage and quality, 3 X increase in qualified leads, over 50% increase in SDR/BDR efficiency, and a 30%+ reduction in martech tool cost. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced hands on Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in modern enterprise technologies, including multi-cloud platforms, full-stack development, distributed computing, distributed streaming system, data lakes, caching, real-time & batch processing, and AI/ML Ops. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to recommend architecture improvements, evaluate new technologies, propose effective solutions, conduct proof of concepts (Po Cs), and develop architectural diagrams aligned with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: ● Architectural Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines. Align technology solutions with business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and reliability. Document trade offs between different architecture and design patterns. ● Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions leveraging modern technologies in Cloud platforms such as Distributed streaming e.g. Kafka, Microservices architecture Kubernetes. Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in full-stack applications. Architect scalable and resilient data lakes, caches and data pipelines for big data processing and powering AI solutions to house both structured and unstructured data. AI/ML design experience is a bonus. ● Technology Evaluation & Proof of Concept (Po C): Evaluate new technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the technology landscape. Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to the current technology stack. Document the trade offs ● Architecture Blueprints: Create high-level architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and reference architectures for stakeholders and to the engineering team to execute. Present architecture solutions to leadership, developers, and cross-functional teams. ● Public-serving layer: Design and implement a scalable public-serving layer that exposes internal applications and services as secure, reliable, and high-performance APIs for external customer consumption. ● Performance Optimization & Reliability Engineering: Design robust and highly available architectures with failover and disaster recovery capabilities. Optimize system performance through efficient use of caching, load balancing, and resource scaling. Analyze and recommend solutions for repeated operational issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Architecture & Software Design: ○ Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions. ○ Experience in developing architecture diagrams and technical documentation using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or similar. ○ Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API management, Front end designs and event-driven systems. AI ecosystem experience is a plus. ● Core Technologies: ○ Expertise in both cloud-native as well as cloud-agnostic architecture and deployment in AWS/Azure/GCP. ○ Proficiency in enterprise-scale solutions including Kafka, Java backend, Kubernetes, Redis and Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP). ○ Hands-on expertise in full-stack development across front-end and back-end technologies. ○ Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes)○ Ability to understand Data Lake architectures, Pyspark data pipelines, real time data processing and Database migrations. ● Security & Compliance: ○ Strong understanding of enterprise security practices, identity & access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks. ○ Ability to incorporate security considerations into architecture designs. ● Soft Skills: ○ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ○ Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. ○ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
