We are looking for a talented and motivated Consultant with expertise in RSA G&L and other IAM tools to join Inspiras IAM team. You will be based in India while extensively working for Indian and other regions. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing large-scale IAM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our internal technical team and customer's team to work on delivering the projects successfully.Description for Internal CandidatesKey Job Description/Responsibilities:Provide technical and consultative leadership for RSA G&L solutions on a range of complex engagementsDeliver technical architectural design, strategies and plans for RSA G&L implementationsCollaborate with other developers, testers, and product managers in an agile environmentConduct design workshops, define the IAM road map, define enterprise integrations for a risk landscapeApply best practices and standards for secure coding, testing, and documentationTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to RSA G&L functionality, performance, and compatibilityLead pre-sales meetings or presentations with potential customersImplement and test RSA G&L solutions at customer sitesSupervise staff and plan/assign work on project engagementsLead project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviewsEstablish and maintain relationships with client technical counterpartsParticipate in client meetings related to development effortsWork with Help Desk and IT 3rd level Support Staff to securely utilize RSA G&L for PCI Compliance purposesQualifications and experience required:BE/B. Tech/MTech/MSExperience of 3 to 8 years in relevant IAM technologies.Candidate should have overall 2+ years of experience implementing RSA G&L projects.Experience in implementing at least one end-to-end RSA implementation, including but not limited to use case documentation, design, defining the architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.Experience in supporting User acceptance testing and knowledge transfer activities.Advanced documentation and presentation skills and well-versed with software development life cycle processesExposure to process frameworks and methodologiesExcellent verbal and written communication.Additional knowledge:Understanding of technologies like

OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP and Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP and HTTPS etc.)IAM technology certificationsExposure to other security domainsStrong background in identity access management, security, and cloud technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Passionate about identity access management and want to help us grow our business,Hold a valid passport and be willing to travel occasionally in the MEA region.
