Roles and Responsibility
As a SailPoint Consultant you will be expected tocontribute to the delivery of SailPoint Projects to our clients professionally.We are looking for professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience for ourIdentity and Access Management Practice (IAM). Candidates should beself-starters with a track record of problem-solving, excellent communication,and participation in a diverse range of projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Management and delivery of client engagements whileensuring quality and value addition
Training entry-level professionals in understanding IAMconcepts
Serve as an escalation point for project services andincidents
Collaborate with other leads to support implementation ofsecure IAM solutions
Collaborate on the delivery of multiple IAM-relatedprojects and initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring that newfunctionalities and integrations satisfy the business need
Design, deploy, implement and integrate SailPoint withcritical applications and infrastructure
Conduct research and use knowledge of competitivesolutions to address effectively and solve customer challenges
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, andsetup of the technical infrastructure
Assist Business Analysts with documentation of detailedfunctional and technical requirements
Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvementand maintenance activities
Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to writescripts
Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and testscripts
Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets orexceeds client expectations including coordinating the development andexecution of the consulting work plan and client deliverables
Candidate Requirements:
Experience with SailPoint implementations, preferably ina consultant role with client exposure, in complex and diverse customerenvironments 4-5 years of proven experience in the relevant domain
Have a good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFAplatforms as well
Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools as perbusiness requirements
Proficient in any programming/scripting languages will bean added advantage (Python, Java, PowerShell)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as wellas interpersonal skills
Any accreditation for Identity tools is a plus
Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solvingabilities
Strong technical presentation and communication skills,both verbal and written
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energyenvironment
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, communicatethe requirements and design directly with customers and maintain a positiveattitude
Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDM tools
